Rainbow cake(Martha Stewart)

I used Martha Stewart's recipe.The colour is so nice!!

3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
2 1/3 cup sugar
5 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ cup milk
Food colouring:Blue,Purple,Green,Yellow,Orange,Red


  • Preheat oven 350 degree and grease 6 baking tins.
  • In a big bowl,mix flour and baking powder.set aside
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.Add egg slowly until well combine.Mix in vanilla essence and flour mixture alternate with milk
  • Divide the batter for 6 and drop the food colouring until you get the colour.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • After that,cool the cake.Put a cake and frost it with frosting and layer it with one more cake.Repeat this processFinally,cover the cake.
I used the Swiss Meringue Method from Kaitlin,the owner of Whisk Kid .

MnM Cookie


Assalamualaikum and happy holiday!
My sister tried to make M&M Cookies for the first time.Well,I just helped her to arrange the chocolate on top and in my mouth.Sedap!Melt in your mouth,not in your hand!haha
So let's light up the holiday with this colourful cookies!It sure will bright your day.(iklan kejap!)hak3


260g flour

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 1/4 tsp baking soda

170g butter

130g castor sugar

140g brown sugar

1 egg grade A

1 egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla essence

200g M&M


*Combine the flour,cornstarch and baking soda.Set aside.

*Beat the butter,castor sugar and brown sugar until fluffy for about .......hmmmm,3 minutes?

Add vanilla essence,egg and egg yolk.Continue beating.

*Add the flour mixture and beat the dough.

*Take about a tsp of the dough and ball the dough.Press the M&M on top.Five should be enough.Hehe..

*And bake for 180C for 15 minutes or until the edge of the cookie become golden and brown

Chocolate Banana Cake


So today,my sister and I made Banana Chocolate Cake which is so delicious and moist!(I'm not kidding!)xp
It tastes very good.I like the combination of banana+chocolate.
A lot of food that use banana and chocolate.You can make Banana Chocolate Popia and known as Pischoc Popia in Indonesia.(thanks to bik giena for the information!)

You can also make a Frozen Chocolate Banana.You can coat the chocolate with pistachios,almond or whatsoever as you like.

here's the recipe:

150g castor sugar
245g flour
75g cocoa powder
1 1/2tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1cup mashed banana
1 cup/240ml water
1/2 cup/120ml fresh milk
1/2 cup/120 ml oil

Start with Bismillah:

*Preheat oven 180 degree Celcius and grease your baking tin.

*Mix sugar,flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.

*In other bowl,mix the oil,mashed banana,eggs,milk dan water and whisk until well combined.

*Mix in the dry ingredients.Make sure there's no lumps in the batter.

*Bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degree Celcius.

Brownie and Cheese

Balik dari hostel baru boleh masak.huhu.T____T

Hari ni aufa nak kongsi macam mana nak buat brownie and cheese.Bagi aufa,kombinasi coklat dan cheese memang mantop!!Apa kata anda??Ceewwaaahhh..Haha


untuk brownies
8 sudu besar butter
240 g/1 cawan tepung
1/4 cawan serbuk koko
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
225g coklat masakan
3 biji telur
1 cawan gula kastor

untuk cheese
250g cream cheese
1/2 cup gula kastor
1 biji telur
2 sudu besar butter

1-Panaskan oven 180 darjah celcius.Gris dengan
butter dan letak baking sheet.

2-Masukkan tepung,serbuk koko dan baking powder ke
dalam mangkuk dan kacau rata.

3-Cairkan butter dan coklat masakan menggunakan
kaedah waterbath/bain marie/double boil.

4-Masukkan gula dan telur kedalam coklat yg telah cair tadi
dan kacau sampai rata.

5-Campur adunan coklat kedalam campuran tepung tadi.kacau sampai rata.
jangan terlebih kacau yerr.

6-Bakar pada suhu 180 celcius selama 50-60 minit

Panna Cotta


Hari tu aufa buatlah strawberry panna cotta for breaking fast.Aufa dpt pujian menggunung.x semena2 hidungku pun besar beberapa inchi.hehehehehehehe.

tanpa membuang masa,tuan2 dan puan2,eh2,sini ada tuan ke??oklah,hari ni saya akan kongsikan dgn anda resepi Strawberry Panna Cotta yg aufa dapat dari mrs dayat kt je !


2 cawan susu segar (susu cair pon boleh)
1 cawan whipping cream
1/2 cawan gula
1 setengah sudu besar gelatin+1/4 cwn air
2 setengah sudu kecil serbuk agar2+2/4 cwn air

Masukkan semua bahan2 kecuali gelatin ke dlm periuk.Didihkan.masukkan gelatin dan biarkan mendidih 2-3 minit.
Tuang dlm dessert cup.Simpan dlm peti sejuk at least 6 jam.

Sos Strawberry:

10 biji strawberry
3-4 sudu besar sos strawberry(x nk letak pon x per)

Blend strawberry and campur ngan sos strawberry.Kalau x nk letak sos strawberry,
campur dgn sedikit jer air.kalau letak byk,nnti cair.

Tapi aufa punya sos strawberi ialah 100% strawberry segar dan
tidak ditambah dengan apa2 cecair pun okeyh.

Pavlovaaaaa Feverrrr

It's my sister's recipes..
p/s:Belle,jangan marah..

you gonna need:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200g castor sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Whisk egg whites with the electric mixer until they hold soft peaks.Start adding casto
r sugar gradually and continue to beat until they hold stiff peaks.You have to make sure that the sugar is fully dissolved.The meringue should feel soft.
then add corn flour,vanilla and vinegar.fold in everything.

Preheat the oven 180 degree and turn it of to 120 degree once the mixture is in the oven.After an hour,sets to cool for 30 mins.

for the topping,u gonna need:
250g whipping cream
30g granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Whip the cream in your mixing bowl using electric mixer until soft peaks form.Sweeten it with sugar and vanilla.Mound the soft cream on top of your pavlova.For decorate,you can use any fresh fruits;strawberries,passion fruit,kiwi,blueberries,pineapples etc
my nephew can't handle the temptation with my sister's pavlova.

Luar dia rangup and the inside is so soft like marshmallow.(I love marshmallow!!)

Meringue Cookies Recipes

Assalamualaikum wahai pembaca kesayangan disana!! hik3
Kali ni aufa nak kongsi resepi meringue untuk u all...Tapi meringue ni memang manis kerana kandungan gulanya yg banyak.Kalau kurangkan gula,meringue ni xkan jadi crispy.macam buat macaron...

  • 3 egg whites
  • 180g granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar(x letak pon x per)

Panaskan oven 200 degree celcius.

Whisk putih telur dan cream of tartar sampai soft peaks.
Tambah gula sedikit demi sedikit sampai stiff peaks.
Kalau nk tau samaada dh siap or belum,terbalikkan mixing bowl.
Jika meringue x jatuh,,it's ready!

Paipkan ke atas dulang yg telah diletakkan parchment paper.Anda juga boleh sudukan meringue tersebut.Bakar selama 1 jam pada suhu 70 celcius.
Jika anda mengangkat meringue tersebut dari parchment paper dan ia tidak terlekat,ia sudah siap!
Tunggu selama beberapa jam atau semalaman...

boleh dimakan dengan whipped cream atau chocolate dan strawberry...

Vanilla Cupcake

This is the basic cupcake.It's very easy and fun to decorate with kids.Don't forget to start with bismillah! :)

225g  soften butter

22g granulated sugar

225g flour

1 tsp baking powder

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat the oven for 180 degree celcius

Beat all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with the electric mixer for about 2-3 minutes.Don't forget to sift the flour and the baking powder!

Spoon into cupcake liners and bake for about 20 minutes.

Cool for few minutes before decorate with icing.Your icing will melt if you decorate the cake while it still hot.

How to Decorate Your Cupcakes~

If u're too lazy to decorate the cuppies,how about a scoop of buttercream and big sugar beads??or any kind of nut?? Make sure the cuppies aren't warm before you put the buttercream.It'll melt and becomes sticky .

Decorate your cuppies before you bake.
The cupcake or muffin that aren't baked yet,you can sprinkle with sugar,nuts,dried fruits or fresh fruits like apples and pic.Parmesan cheese are suitable for a less sweet muffin. Anything you like but make sure that you didn't put something heavy cause it may sink to the bottom.


The easiest way to to decorate the cupcake or muffin(if you're REALLY,REALLY lazy) is to sprinkle some icing sugar or cocoa powder onto the muffin or cupcake.

This fondant can be coloured and shaped.You can buy the ready-made one.You can also make your own!

Chocolate decoration
  • Chocolate rolls or shavings:

Pour some melted chocolate onto a baking sheet and spread with palette knife.Leave until just firm.Use a long,sharp knife to push across the surface of the chocolate at 25-45 angle,curling off a thin scroll of chocolate as you go.
